Payment

payment is expected at the time of purchase unless previous arrangements have been made between the client and a representative of The Flower Room. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be delivered.

Substitutions

We make every effort to use the flower types and colors pictured in every arrangement chosen by the buyer. If circumstance or seasonal availability causes those flowers to be unavailable, the seller will make substitutions while keeping the general feel of the arrangement intact. Complaints regarding substitution will not be granted refunds.

Delivery Policy

Our policy is to make your delivery on the date you requested (weather permitting) unless you specifically asked us to call first. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our delivery staff with make as decision as to whether or not it is safe to leave the delivery (on a front porch, at another door, or with a friendly neighbor), and we will notify the recipient by phone and with a door tag. If cases of inclement weather (very hot, very cold, blizzard, etc.) we will call to reschedule delivery.

If you’re not sure if the recipient will be out of town, please check first or ask us to call to schedule their delivery. We generally need a two hour time span that the recipient will be home in to make the delivery. If a recipient is out of town and a delivery has been left for them, and the buyers has not requested that we call first to schedule the delivery, additional fees will apply for us to pick up and re-deliver your gift.

We make every effort to honor as many same day delivery request as possible. To ensure same day delivery, please order before 1pm. Call to confirm your delivery for same day can still be made if ordering after 1pm. If you have special delivery requirements or specific flower requests, we are happy to help. Please call the shop directly (603-343-4217) to place your order.

Refund/Return Policy

Items that are delivered or received in unsatisfactory condition are entitled to be replaced on the next business day or on the next date that is convenient for the client. The original items must be returned for replacement. Refunds are granted on a case by case basis. To request a refund, the client must contact within 48 hours of receipt of the product by email rebecca@nhflowerooom.com or phone 603-343-4217. If the product received matches the description and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. The seller is not responsible for a refund in cases of refused goods by the recipient. No replacements or refunds are awarded in cases where harm has come to the product after it was received by the buyer or it’s intended recipient.

Cancellation/Special Orders/Custom Products

Orders for products requiring no special order can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery with no penalty. For orders requiring special orders, cancellations must be made prior to an order being placed with a grower for that special product. For weddings and parties this is three weeks prior to the event date. For most other special orders this is a week before the event. No refunds can be given for special orders or custom products cancelled closer to the date of the event than stated prior. There are no refunds given for deposits made on wedding flowers under any circumstances.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. The seller is not responsible for any harm or damage to the buyer or recipient’s property once the item has been received. If any property damage is incurred from items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Coupons

Only coupons distributed directly from The Flower Room will be honored at The Flower Room. Coupons accepted at The Flower Room cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer. Coupons and offers are not valid on the purchase of special order flowers, wedding or event flowers or long distance delivery services.
